Yeah... It's just what it says. I've been working out. I know, I never thought I would either. But I'm almost through week two of full diet and workouts. I have dropped 14 pounds already! I KNOW, I'm probably shrinking as I type this =) But, about a week in something crazy happened. I woke up and I WANTED to go to the gym. Yeah, I actually wanted to go. I am really enjoying! More than that, I am enjoying the changes that I can already see in my body. I feel better, I sleep better, I eat better, I have so much more energy. I feel like a new person.
Because I am so new I have a lot of questions... I have two trainers and they are great but we are dieting different ways. Weight Watchers has been working for me so I am sticking with that. They eat clean, paleo style. So those of you who workout often, what do you eat? What gives you the most energy? What do you eat before and after workouts?
I went and bought some workout clothes... But I am having trouble finding a comfortable sports bra! Any ideas? I've been everywhere... Target, Victorias Secret, Wal-mart, TJMaxx. I am out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions?
